What are the diferences in chassie in the XCF 440 and PROX440? The liquids. Is the XCF in the Edge chassie and the PROX in it's respectable? Is there any engine differences i.e. just compression or are they just different motor's all together. Which is better for jumping, carving around, ditch banging, but still trail riding with the grandparents. Thanks for all your help guys.
EDIT: the XCF is the sled that Garth has in SLEDNECKS 3 isn't it??

XCF is a fan, thats what the F stands for, The 440 liquids are a totaaalllyyy different motor, Its like..driving a ford excort, And then jumping into a viper or something..The proX liquid has close to like..95 HP i think, And the xcf is like...really low? haha, But anyways..The liquid for everything would be better, they are made alot better seems how they were made and sold to racers, And they can be made good trail sleds if they have low compression heads on them...But the XCF is still great for all of that..But its just a totaly different sled and made for totaly different reasons, And yes they are both in the edge chassis, Up until recently, The 440 now sports the IQ ...Dont get me wrong the xcf is still a great sled, But im sure that garths wasnt stock!..they also made a Pro X 440 fan, Which was basicly the same thing as an xcf but with cool looking graphics! And cooler seat an stuff. But the liquid, Man im tellin ya..They will keep up with 600`s ..Amazing tunage!

As the others said, the XCR is liquid-cooled, the XCF is fan-cooled.
Both would be good sleds for what you want to do. The XCR is going to be better at jumping but I think the XCF would be a better trail machine.
Unless you plan on racing sno-x, Id go with the XCF.

If I had the choice I would for sure go with the liquid. Especially the 01......it still had the big gas tank and oil injection!!!! The ProX liquid had remote reservoir RydeFX shock on the front with dual rate springs and remote reservoir shocks on the rear. If I remember right the XCF just had the standard Fox shocks. Also the 01 liquid came standard with the 1.25" lug track vs. .81" Lightning and it still had the ignition key switch for race fuel or premium. I had an 01 liquid and it was a great sled. No matter which one you chose you are still going to have to do quite a bit of jetting on them.
