is that an xtra 10?
artiksno340
If it's a 95 xlt it's an xtra 12
xlt600
i herd if i change to an xtra 10 i will lose 15 mph top end and a lot of acceleration.......is this true i hope not
artiksno340
Nope, that's not true, the xtra 10 is over 10 pounds lighter than the xtra 12. Maybe you're thinking of the M-10
xlt600
i have the 8 inches of travel now my sled sits on the ground pretty much..they said that because im rasing the sled up with the xtra 10
artiksno340
Don't worry about it, i don't know who told you, but it's not the truth!

ok so i got the 95 storm today its in great shape the suspension only has 1300 miles on it..but the track is brand spanking new and it has 144 new studs down the center..since the sled is gonna be set up for aspalt im gonna take the track off too how hard is it to take the track out of the storm and put it in the xlt..thanks any info will help

If you want a good kit at a great price, go onto snowmobilefanatics.com and contact madcow, he sells a real good one. I'm thinking about buying one myself from him this summer.
