I am thinking about making my track a little bit longer right now i have an 02 600 xcsp so the track is pretty short and i want some more flotation in the deep stuff. I'm not sure how long I want to make it but i am thinking 136 or 144 and i want tipped rails so if youknow an average price tag and where to get everything I will need to do to my sled clutch wise and tunnel extension and cooling issues like how to keep it cool while riding. If there is anything else i should know about tell me.

tracksusa.com has everything your looking for if you want rail extension, coolant , tunnel extension ect ect.. If you want tipped up rails youll need a xtra lite 136-144. Your xc skid is coupled the xtra lite is not. its great for weight transfer and handles like a 121on the flat/ hardpack.

Where are you located?
I have my 2000 XCSP set up with rail extensions and a 144x2 track. It's too much for around here and I was thinking of selling the track and rail extensions and changing it to a 136. I'd consider selling the track and rail extensions for $350. To run this track you will need 8 tooth extrovert drivers. This is on a Xtra-10 skid, if you have the edge I don't know if they have the same rails. PM me let me know if your interested. I'm in northern MN and will not ship.
BTW I have never run into cooling issues, but my friend with an Edge 600 136x2 had over heating issues last year a few times but I think it was mostly due to poor snow conditions.
