What is the maximum stud length to maintain proper clearance of the front heat exchanger on a 03 pro x 440 chassis.
I found a 1.75 polaris camoplast track it looks like a snowcross track the stud lenght is 1.860 or 1.875.
i don't think this will work, does anyone know what they ran that year on the race track'
It has a 1.5 on now.

hey guys and gals
i installed the 1.75 track with the 1.860 stud length. i have a .75 of an inch clearance from top of stud to heat exchanger.
need to keep an eye on the track tension, if too loose could slap the heat exchanger.
any input is appreciated.
thanks Trav

You should be fine. They ran a 1.75 track in 04.

cool Are the o3 and 04 tunnels the same on the pro x' s on my buddies 04 chassis the rear skid is dropped with two brackets, that might be aftermarket. it might give more clearance. oh-well going to roll with it, looks good i hope that .75 is enough space.
Thanks
