when you rebuild shock are you only replacing the oil and then filling the shocks with nitrogin?(sp)

i also have a question i would like to ask, i recintly rebuilt all my shocks (this past weekend) and after i put the nitrogin in them i relised when my front shocks were in the vise i could grab the rod and wiggle it, would it just be my seals that are going bad (it dose leak a bit of oil) or is it possible that my case around the piston is starting to waller out??

No, they should replace all the seals, gaskets and possibly valves too. It may leak a little oil, because when you compress it the seal is somewhat compromised, but it definitely shouldn't be dripping out or nothing like that.

no drips just a thin line on the rod, thanks for the reply.
