i have a 02 xcsp 600 with 6800mi on it should i put new bearings in it or not

Me too, If he is referring "in it". I am assuming it is in the engine. Then NO. Save your money. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. If you crack an engine open you are into a minimum of $200 for gaskets. If you change the crank bearings. You might as well exchange your crank. $500. Now if he would have said "on it" that would be skid, jackshaft or drive shaft. Grease everything up and spin your bearings under the skid to see if and are rough. Then yes, change them. They get water in them over last season and seize up over summer.
