If you read your letter closely, you will see that you get new design heads. The cylinder will only be replaced if it is unrepairable. Your ECU will be reflashed.

You are responsible for having routine maintenance done on your sled, such as the cleaning of the exhaust valves, and changing of the fuel filter if you have over 1,000 miles on the sled.

Also all flatland and swithback sleds get a new exhaust can as well. The new 2 ring pistons should help with reliability.

If you have not yet made arrangements with a dealer to have this performed, you should make it a priority.

The 800 CFI rebuild kits are in short supply at this time, and most dealers won't put them on order for you, unless they are sure you are bringing your sled in to them for the update.

The dealers don't want to pay for an update kit, that they may not install on a sled or return to Polaris. They are right.
