hey it looks like those picks are smaller then the lugs, How old are they, you got more then enough for racing, it looks like you just need to replace the ones you got.

most of these are new and stick out quiet a bit but its not enough what should i go with 1.075 is what i have something telling me chiselis the way to go they look really agressive what do u think

240 picks should be plenty, If you are running a 1 inch track go with 1.175 to 1.25 pick. If you have a 1.25 track go with a 1.375 pick. you want 1/8 to 3/8 an inch over lug hieght for good penetration. I would stay away from chisels if you even come close to roads or trails they just flat out won't make it. also they run the t-nuts for easy replacement of the pick. What a pain they are to install.

It sounds to me that you need more weight transfer. Try removeing the rear sissor stops or loosening the front limiter strap. that should help. Alot can be gain from setting up the suspension for racing. Just make sure the front end isn't getting to high though, you only want the skis to come up about 6inches to 1 foot, any more and your track isn't making full contact. If the sled is a straight out drag sled and it only runs on the lake or track. Get the speed track with 1/2 inch lugs and put 260 1" Roetin daggers in it, they are cheap sharp and once the t-nuts are in, they are fast to replace.

Try to look into more weight transfer first. Then make sure you are getting the penetration you need. 240 picks should be plenty for playing around on the lake or fields.
