Is there a website people can go to and find recalls for their model of snowmobile? I wonder if this is something we, as a community, could accomplish. I'm willing to set up the database and program a system of sorts to organize this information, so long as I know which fields would be required and if the information we need is publicly available. I plan on getting the snowmobile model section going again tonight and it would be a good add-on down the road if someone could go to their model of sled and simply click a link to see all the recalls / service bulletins having to deal with that particular model.

How about a heading just for all the Polaris relevant bulletins, recalls, etc. Seems like I often see people on other forums and this one asking for service bulletin numbers, when they came out, if they came out yet, etc. Seems like there are also tech tips or setup tips that must be coming from somewhere inside polaris.

I for one don't even know where this information can be found. Is it something people with dealer connections know about...is their a corporate site this lists this stuff. If this is going to be the polaris "go to site" it might be nice to have a heading to go to where you could easily find this important information.

Discuss.

Most of the Polaris Service Bulletins that I have seen, have this at the end of the document:

I don't know whether SnowmobileWorld.com has a good lawyer or not, but violating copyright laws can have serious penalties.

Here is the link to their page...they list the bulletins right on the site and you can download the PDFs and read them yourself. If this is going to be the polaris page...its seems like this info should be here for Polaris Sleds, ATV's, and Rangers.

Clayton, I'm working with Polaris to see what kind of information I could get from them to put on the site. Ultimately, I'd like to see it where you go to a model of sled or ATV and you can see all the service bulletins for that model, etc.

Sounds great...it sure would be helpful and help make this the "polaris forum"

Was it polaris or someone else that also used to post set up tips for their ATV's and sleds? I don't remember when but I remember seeing some set up tips or suggestions for a particular model of sled? Is that polaris? Has anyone else hear of this? Maybe it was just a 3rd party...I can't remember.
