You can a 1 3/4" track with a 136" trakc cause i have a 1998 xc 700 and that is what i have in mine and it barly misses the cooling panels and tunel so that is about as big as i would go without putting bigger sway arms on your rail.

you can take the stock heat exchangers out and put the RMK style coolent system in the tunnle, its really not that hard just have to cut the square out put it in then rivit away! haha, then you have to rout the coolent hoses to it and what not.. then you should be able to get a 2" in there. simple fix really.

i have the rmk style coolent kuz the studs a previous owner put in a track ripped one of my exchangers off and ripped a hole in my tunnle. seems to work well for me!

Logan, I feel your pain.

What you need to do is just follow somebody else's tracks and then you won't have to see very well or steer.

Crdude... How are you coolant lines run??? I thought that the XC tank and seat where flat on the bottom and didnt allow to run the lines under the seat like the RMK seat tank combo did. maybe im wrong... I had both sleds from 98 to 02 and I didnt think the XC seat was the same as the RMK. I know for a fact you can fit the 1.75... 1 and 3/4 for you fraction dummies. BUT BUT BUT i cant stress this enough you need to dish the center lugs otherwise they will take the coolers out..... It may clear without you on it but take it out and jump it a few times the noise you hear will make you cringe...
