Hey I was wondering how much it would cost to convert a 121" track to a 136" track? What are the best ways to get the stuff i need? and what do I need to know? I already know i need a new tunnel, the longer exchangers, longer track and suspension. But i do'nt know where to get it all. blink.gif

Tracksusa.com is a good place , all you need is a tunnel ext , & extended rails , & oviosuly a longer track , i've looked into this many times & will do a 121 - 144 conversion for next season

They even have tunnel ext, & rail ext on pure polaris's site

Yeah, you only need a tunnel extension, track, and rail extensions, cheapest and best way to do the conversion.

Ive got a 136" xtra 10 skid "mint " cond. a 136" x 1.5"track and the extension for the tunnel w/ bumber. Ill sell it all for $700 plus shipping if your interested.
If you opt to run the ext. plate I would go w/ SLP's There bullet proof. I ran a set on my xlt1995 sp w/ a 133.5"x 1.5" for over 10,000 miles.

I'd go with TracksUSA Extensions. They're machined to fit the old axle holes in the rails. Strongest design out there. That's what I used on my ProX. If I can't break them, nobody can. biggrin.gif

i too had been wanting to convert to a short-long track on my 700 tongue.gif

I'm really thinking about using that kit from SLP, instead of getting a new SWB. It would cost alot less, lol.

Looks decent and save lots of cash over a new switchback for sure.
Killadelphia700
Yeah, it would.

I also wan't to mod my sled, and it would be a shame to sell it after putting all the stuff in, lol.
