A belt that blew ruined my left fender, and my exhaust managed to melt the other. However getting fenders without buying them brand new is quite hard here. The FST/FS has a low marked share, and according to polaris parts manual it's fenders are unique. And I'm wondering if thats true.

Finding an chopped IQ is quite easy, FST's just live too long.

I had an '06 700 IQ classic and I'm almost positive that the body work is the same as the FST. The heat shielding on the right panel might be different though, I don't remember.

I made a belt shield for mine, so if it happens again, it won't take out the fender. easy to make if your a bit savvy. I was going to get a bunch cut out, but my contact with the water jet no longer has access to it.
