Any one happen to know the head bolt torque for a 98 700 xc. Is it about 29 ft lbs. Any help is very appreciated. rolleyes.gif

It shouldn't really matter as long as your close and they're all torqued the same. Be sure to run the engine through a heat cycle and re torque the head. When I rebuilt my indy 500 I didn't know the spec and just torqued to 25, heat cycle, re torque, no problems.
