There is a big difference between a 99 and 121 belt, I have both plus a 117 just for the fun of it and I will not run a 99 belt again unless it is absolutly necessary.

Hey px3, that very same thing happened on one of ours. I fixed the hose at the tee fitting on left side of engine but the light did not go out until I brought it to the dealer. It has been good for the last 1500 miles or so. Wonder what the diff was.

Anybody know how many different codes or applications there are when a check engine light comes on
and does anyone know what they are ?Was just thinking if you had trouble on the trail some of things
you could check.
thanks,hpfst

Codes are "P" type, same definition as any OBDII. Polaris uses a proprietary connector to access the serial communication port of the ECU, so typical OBDII readers can't be used. You need to use Digital Wrench from Polaris or a "custom wired" code scan emulator.

Without my shop manual in front of me, I know there are more than 100. Knowing what they are will only help when you are at a Poo dealer with digital wrench hooked up. If you still need to know what they all are you may want to purchase the shop manual. I think they are around $45.

these sleds mostly 06 have what we call phantom codes.. one i can think of is if you take your sled from a 70 degree gararge to cold outside. triggers 02 sensor..
